Installation Electrician

ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experiencedInstallation Electrician for a well-established industrial electrical engineering company basedin Rushden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated electrician to join a reputable business with over 40 years experience, offering a permanent position within a stable industrial and commercial installation environment.

Salary:
\n £34,000 £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Carry out industrial electrical installations across a range of customer sites including recycling, printing, farming, and processing plants
\n
• Install electrical supplies, lighting systems, distribution boards, and MCCB panels (up to 2000 amp systems)
\n
• Work on control panels and emergency stop systems
\n
• Support electrical maintenance and EICR testing requirements when needed
\n
• Work both independently and as part of a team on installation projects
\n
• Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service on all sites
\n
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations and standards
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Experience in industrial electrical installation work
\n
• 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification (essential)
\n
• NVQ Level 3 / AM2 or equivalent (essential)
\n
• ECS or CSCS card (essential)
\n
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred/essential depending on client requirement)
\n
• Ability to work at height
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
\n
• Ability to complete jobs from start to finish to a high standard
\n
