- Performance-related bonus opportunities of up to 40% of annual salary \n

You'll bring -\n

- Previous experience leading a successful elderly care home. \n
- A strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and what good looks like in practice. \n
- Experience within residential, nursing and/or dementia services. \n
- The ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams. \n
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance. \n
- Excellent relationship-building skills with residents, families, professionals, and the local community. \n
- A genuine passion for creating a positive culture where people feel valued, respected, and empowered. \n
