Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire\n
Salary: £46,362, rising to £52,855£55,608 upon successful registration\n
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week\n

Set within 60 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, our charity has been delivering specialist care, education and support for over 120 years.\n
\nWe are seeking an experienced and inspirational Dual Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered childrens homes and play a key role within our Residential Leadership Team.\n
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to lead an established six-bed home alongside a specialist solo provision designed to support children with highly complex behavioural and medical needs.\n

About the Role\n
\nAs Dual Registered Manager, you will:\n

- Lead two Ofsted-registered childrens homes. \n
- Manage and develop a team of Deputy Managers, Senior staff and Care & Support Workers. \n
- Drive high-quality, child-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. \n
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead across both homes. \n
- Lead on Ofsted compliance, quality assurance, inspections and continuous improvement. \n
- Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, commissioners and safeguarding partners. \n
- Manage operational budgets exceeding £1 million. \n
- Work collaboratively with education, therapy, nursing and estates teams to provide integrated support. \n
- Contribute to strategic developments across residential services. \n

\nYoull bring:\n

- \n
- Proven experience managing an Ofsted-registered childrens home. \n
- A deep understanding of safeguarding, quality standards, and reflective leadership. \n
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (and ideally a Level 5 Leadership qualification, or willingness to complete). \n
- Strong knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. \n
- The confidence to lead through change and inspire high-performing teams. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills. \n
