Join Our Workshop Team

Renault Retail Group is looking for a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our workshop at Renault Van Centre Hayes, located on the Silverdale Industrial Estate, opposite the Royal Mail depot.

You'll be working in a modern, well-supported environment with the latest equipment, clear processes, and excellent manufacturer training. This role is ideal for a Technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and enjoys being part of a collaborative workshop team.

What You'll Do

\n
• Carry out routine servicing, repairs, maintenance and MOT testing
\n
• Complete diagnostic work and fault-finding in line with manufacturer standards
\n
• Follow workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines
\n
• Road-test vehicles where required (full manual driving licence needed)
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
\n
• MOT Tester licence (Class 4 and 7)
  \n If you don't an MOT Tester Licence, we can help you to qualify!
\n
• Calm, professional approach with clear communication
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a workshop team
\n
• Full UK manual driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles)
\n

Hours & Pay

\n
• 42.5 hours per week
\n
• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
\n

*Your welcome bonus will be payable following completion of your 6-month probation period.
