Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting commercial, residential and retail projects, they are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will manufacture bespoke joinery products to the highest standards, working from detailed technical and architectural drawings.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• \n

  Reading and interpreting production and architectural drawings.

\n
• \n

  Setting out, cutting, shaping and assembling bespoke joinery.

\n
• \n

  Manufacturing high-end kitchens, reception desks, wall panelling, furniture and specialist joinery.

\n
• \n

  Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently.

\n
• \n

  Working closely with the design and project management teams.

\n
• \n

  Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

\n
• \n

  Ensuring all completed work meets company specifications before leaving the bench.

\n

\nAbout You\n
\n

Ideally, you will have:

\n

\n
• \n

  A minimum of 3-5 years' bench joinery experience within a bespoke manufacturing environment.

\n
• \n

  The ability to confidently read and manufacture from technical and architectural drawings.

\n
• \n

  Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

\n
• \n

  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\n
• \n

  Your own comprehensive set of hand tools.

\n

\nPreferred\n
\n

\n
• \n

  NVQ Level 3 in Bench Joinery (preferred but not essential).

\n
• \n

  CSCS Card.

\n
• \n

  Full UK Driving Licence.

\n
