Were excitingly looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our new Wingers restaurant in Northwich.\n
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious operator who thrives in a fast-paced QSR environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver results, and create great guest experiences. Immediate start available. The Role As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.\n
\nYour focus will include: Leading and developing your team Driving sales and controlling costs Delivering excellent guest service Managing rotas, labour, and productivity Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards Coaching team members to grow performance Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store\n
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.\n
\nWhat Were Looking For Previous management experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service Strong people leadership and coaching skills Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and profit High standards and attention to detail Calm under pressure in a busy trading environment Positive attitude with real ownership mentality Must be able to travel to site\n
\nHours Store opening hours: 11:00am 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods\n
