\nAs a key member of our manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for producing high-precision crankshafts, camshafts, and various other engine components for leading super and hyper car manufacturers.
\nThe Role

Set and operate CNC and manual: cylindrical and surface grinders.
\n - \n
Perform quality control checks using gauges, perthometer and Adcole equipment.
\n - \n
Manufacture components efficiently and cost-effectively, adhering to company standards and procedures.
\n - \n
Maintain high level of communication with the Team and report operational issues promptly.
\n - \n
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to methods, processes, and tooling.
\n - \n
Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
\n - \n
Support the Companys compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 by following company policy and best practice.

Candidate Profile

Experience as a CNC Grinder, preferably within the automotive or aerospace sectors.
\n - \n
Junker and Kellenberger experience preferable but not essential
\n - \n
Proven ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical drawings and information.
\n - \n
Knowledge in work holding methods, wheel mounting and dressing is preferable.
\n - \n
Ability to problem solve effectively and demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset.
\n - \n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n - \n
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Working Hours
\nWeek 1
\nMonday - Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00
\nFriday - 06:00 to 13:00
\nWeek 2
\nMonday - Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00
\nFriday - 13:00 to 20:00
