Electrician - Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

\n Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (45 hours per week)
\n Pay Rate: £32.00 per hour (Umbrella or PAYE)

\n About the Role
\n Electricians required (BESS) project Battery Energy Storage System Monk Fryston. To deliver high-quality LV and DC electrical installations within a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
\n - Install electrical containment systems, including tray, trunking, and conduit.
\n - Install, route, and secure electrical cabling.
\n - Complete LV and DC cable terminations in accordance with project specifications.
\n - Interpret and work from technical drawings and electrical schematics.
\n - Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
\n - Comply with site health and safety procedures and company policies.
\n - Work collaboratively with the wider project team to meet programme deadlines.
Essential Requirements
\n - NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or an equivalent recognised qualification.
\n - Previous experience working on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
\n - Strong understanding of LV and DC electrical systems.
\n - Valid ECS or CSCS card.
\n - Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a construction or infrastructure environment.
Desirable Skills
\n - Experience on large-scale renewable energy, power generation, or electrical infrastructure projects.
\n - Flexible approach to site duties and changing project requirements.
\n - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
