\nSalary: From £38,900 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits
\nHours: 45 per week
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a successful main dealership representing one of the automotive industry's most recognised brands.
\nWorking closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Service Department, helping to drive performance, maximise efficiency, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong aftersales experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSupport the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales operation.
\nLead, motivate and develop the service team to achieve departmental targets.
\nEnsure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
\nMaximise departmental efficiency, productivity and profitability.
\nResolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
\nSupport the achievement of key performance indicators and business objectives.
\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance performance.
\nAbout You
\nPrevious experience within a main franchised dealership is essential.
\nStrong knowledge of aftersales operations.
\nFull working knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge.
\nProven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
\nStrong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
\nAbility to lead by example and inspire a team.
