\nI have a fantastic opportunities to work for a large maintenance company working in the Marble Arch, Central Londonworking at a corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.\n
\nMy client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work on a High profile corporate office based in Marble Arch, Central London.\n
Hours\n
\n4 days on 4 Days off - Shift - 7am to 7pm\n
Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Apprentice Trained
\n
• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
\n
• 17th / 18th Edition
\n
• Client Facing
\n
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
\n

• Basic Salary of £47,000
\n
• 22 Days Annual leave
\n

• Internal and External Training courses
\n
• Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.

Duties\n
\n

\n
• Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
\n
• General building services tasks
\n
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
\n
• Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies and banks across a large estate
\n
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
\n
