Team Leader (Grounds Maintenance)

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £30,160 per year

Monday to Friday

Permanent contract

The aim of this role is to lead a small team and undertake grounds maintenance work on commercial and residential sites.

A full, manual driving licence is essential as is grounds maintenance experience.

Key Tasks:

\n
• Overseeing the work of a small, mobile grounds maintenance team
\n
• Reporting to management any issues on site
\n
• Grass and hedge cutting using both battery powered and petrol mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
\n
• Litter picking and sweeping
\n
• Leaf clearance with brooms/shovels and blowers
\n
• A good team player
\n
• Flowerbed maintenance including weeding and watering
\n
• Ensure you work in the safest possible way at all times
\n
• Reliable and a good timekeeper
\n
• Driving of a 3.5tn van and ride-on mowers (full, manual licence required)
