An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join a growing legal practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' PQE, although more experienced applicants will also be considered.

The firm is particularly keen to appoint someone with strong divorce law experience, as this is a key area of growth for the department. You'll manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters while providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client care.

  Manage a caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.

\n
• \n

  Advise clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and child arrangement orders.

\n
• \n

  Conduct advocacy and represent clients at court hearings where required.

\n
• \n

  Build and maintain strong client relationships.

\n
• \n

  Ensure all matters are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

• \n

  Support the continued development of the family law department.

\n

• \n

  Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).

\n
• \n

  Ideally 3-5 years' PQE in family law (more experienced candidates are welcome to apply).

  Strong experience handling divorce matters is essential.

  Experience with financial settlements and child arrangement orders.

\n
• \n

  Confident advocate with excellent communication and client care skills.
