Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Teddington, Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic Salary + Private Medical Insurance
About the Role:

\n We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
\n
• Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
\n
• Computer literate
\n
• Client facing skills to communicate with the client
\n
• Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.
\n

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000

• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

• Large amounts of Overtime Available

Requirements:

\n
• Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
\n
• Previous experience as a time-served engineer.
\n
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
\n
• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
\n
• Paying up to £45,000 P/A & other company related benefits.
\n
