\nWe're looking for a Solutions Architect to join the Information Systems team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital landscape. You'll design scalable, secure and user-focused solutions that connect systems, improve data flow and support our teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
The Role\nAs the Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for designing end-to-end system solutions, ensuring new technologies align with the wider architecture, integration standards and strategic goals. You'll work closely with operational leaders, product owners, suppliers and technical teams to create solutions that are intuitive, efficient and future-ready.
What You'll Be Doing\nDesigning and maintaining our target systems architecture.
\nLeading solution design across business-critical platforms.
\nDefining integrations, APIs and data flow standards.
\nProviding architectural guidance and technical assurance for projects.
\nEnsuring solutions meet security, governance and compliance requirements.
\nIdentifying opportunities for automation, AI and data-driven improvement.
\nSupporting technology selection, procurement and implementation activities.
What do you need to be successful in the role\nEssential:
\nExperience designing end-to-end system architectures.
\nStrong understanding of cloud technologies, integrations, APIs and data flows.
\nExperience working across multiple SaaS platforms.
\nAbility to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
\nKnowledge of cyber security, data governance and change control principles.
\nDesirable:
\nMicrosoft 365 and Azure experience.
\nPower Platform experience.
\nKnowledge of data modelling and automation technologies.
\nExperience within a regulated, care, education or healthcare environment.

\nHybrid working with strong work-life balance.
