Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, located close to the seafront and set within a characterful Victorian townhouse. Supporting up to 43 residents, the home provides high quality nursing, respite and palliative care within a calm, welcoming and team focused environment where staff can build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day.Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract £23.92 per hourBank contract, zero hoursPaid DBS, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs and long term conditions.You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
