Title: Electrician\n
Location: East Midlands\n
Salary: £38,520 - £40,548\n
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm. To support our residents, you will be required to participate in second shift and an out of hours on-call service on a rotational basis.\n
Requirements:\n
Experience\n

\n
• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
\n
• Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services - Electrical Installation (Building and Structures) or equivalent, 18th Edition, and ideally a Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and AM2 certificate.
\n

Driving\n

\n
• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van and fuel card for working hours).
\n
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)

As standard you will be added to the DBS updating service with a new check being carried out on a 3 yearly basis. The cost of a DBS will be paid for by the organisation.\n
