Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for an experienced Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader to join their growing team in Northampton.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in the exhibition industry who enjoys leading a team, delivering high-quality bespoke projects, and taking ownership from production through to installation.

The Role\n

As an Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader, you will oversee the manufacture and installation of bespoke exhibition stands, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Managing exhibition stand projects from final design through to production and installation
\n
• Leading and motivating a team of workshop operatives
\n
• Planning workloads to ensure project deadlines are achieved
\n
• Manufacturing bespoke exhibition stands to a high standard
\n
• Supervising stand installations at customer sites
\n
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process
\n
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards
\n
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Minimum 5 years' experience manufacturing and installing bespoke exhibition stands
\n
• Excellent carpentry and woodworking skills
\n
• Previous experience leading or supervising a workshop team
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Forklift licence (desirable)
\n
• Excellent communication and people management skills
\n
• Reliable, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines
\n
