\n We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties in and around the Cumbria area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects and a supportive team environment.\n
Key Duties:\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
\n
• Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites
\n
• Fault finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps, and general water systems
\n
• Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential)
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
\n
• Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts
\n

Requirements:\n
\n

\n
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
\n
• Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
\n
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
\n

Package:\n
\n

\n
• £33,000 - £36,000 salary
\n
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
\n
• Company van & fuel card provided
\n
