\nHours of work: Monday Friday (06:00am 14:00pm)

\nDue to expansion, Next Generation are currently recruiting for an CNC Turner to work with a leading global manufacturer who produce machined components supplying predominantly into the Oil & Gas industries. As the CNC Turner you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled Lathes.
\nDuties of the CNC Turner:
\n- \n
- Writing and editing programs (G & M codes) \n
- Setting & Operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls \n
- Carrying out offsets & tool changes \n
- Altering speeds and feeds \n
- Running multiple lathes at any one time \n
- Monitoring cycle times \n
- Basic machine maintenance \n
The successful candidate for the CNC Turners position will have the following experience:

- 3 5 years experience Setting & Operating Doosan Puma Lathes (Essential) \n
- 3 5 years experience programming in Fanuc (Essential) \n
- Checking for defects & quality issues (Essential) \n
- Ability to manage cycle times (Essential) \n
- Excellent attention to detail (Essential) \n
