- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a skilled team of 4 maintenance engineers. \n
- Planned Maintenance: Execute and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works. \n
- Site Compliance: Maintain the highest safety and operational standards across all critical infrastructure. \n
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rota (noting that actual site call-outs are historically minimal). \n

- Electrical Bias: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, plus 18th Edition wiring regulations. \n
- Critical Environments: Proven experience working in critical environments (e.g., data centres, banks, hospitals, or major commercial hubs). \n
- Leadership Skills: Experience supervising engineers, assigning workloads, or a strong desire to step up into management. \n
- Problem Solver: Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure within a critical environment. \n
