\nJOB PURPOSE
\nDue to several large projects wins they are looking to expand the business and they are now looking for a Remedial Electrician to join their expanding team
\nYou will have the ability to work as part of a team to carry out Electrical Remedial Works for a range of clients.
\nYou should possess a good working knowledge of current electrical legislation, regulations and standards and have a proven track record of working in 24-hour operational environments.
\nThe role requires a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided to produce legible, accurate and concise reports.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nExtensive knowledge of single and three phase fault finding and 1st time fixes.
\nGood sound electrical knowledge, for testing and installation works
\nTo carry out electrical repairs / minor works on variety types of LV installations
\nTo assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks
\nTo liaise with the Remedials/Operations Supervisor for planned and routine maintenance programme and reporting procedures
\nTo maintain records of all work, and that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales
\nQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
\nElectrical Installation (NVQ Level 3 / 236)
\nCommercial/Industrial Experience
\nC&G Qualifications
\nAM2,IPAF,PASMA (desirable)
\n18th Edition
\nTest and Inspection 2391 (desirable)
\nFull UK driving licence
\nSALARY & BENEFITS
\nOur client are offering a salary of up to £48,000 Doe
\nDoor to Door Travel
\n30 days Holiday including Bank holidays
\n45 hours a week.
\nA company van and fuel card is supplied.
\nEnrolled on the pension scheme from day one.
\nFollowing successful completion of the 6 month probationary period the person will be invited to join the company health scheme.
