Team Leader PM Shift£14.28ph1400 - 2200 Mon to FriTemporary to Permanent

Leading from the front in this role , your day to day duties would include, but not limited to\n

- Compiling staff rotas. \n
- Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary \n
- Planning workloads. \n
- Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets \n
- Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news \n
- Maintaining safety standards \n
- Training staff and ensuring training is up to date \n
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld \n
- Conducting performance reviews \n
- Customer liaison \n
- Overseeing business audits \n
\nSAP knowledge is advantageous.\n
