Overview\n

CDS Labour are currently recruiting an experienced Tractor Driver to support a busy agricultural operation in the Spalding area.

\n

This role involves working within a British Savoy cabbage production environment, operating tractors and agricultural machinery to assist with harvesting, transportation, and general farm activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

    Operating tractors and agricultural machinery safely and efficiently

  • \n

    Supporting Savoy cabbage harvesting operations

    • \n
  • \n

    Transporting crops and materials across the farm

    • \n
  • \n

    Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks

    • \n
  • \n

    Assisting with general farm duties when required

    • \n
  • \n

    Following all health & safety procedures

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

    • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • \n

    Previous tractor driving experience

    • \n
  • \n

    Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farm operations

    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable and hardworking attitude

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work long hours during busy periods

    • \n
  • \n

    Good awareness of health & safety practices

    • \n
  • \n

    Own transport preferred

    • \n
