Location:Bridgwater\n
Contract Type: Permanent - 4 on 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM, 2 days / 2 nights)\n
\nWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineering Technician atMller Milk & Ingredients in is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving a wide range of equipment and systems across the site.\n
What We're Looking For:\n
\n

\n
• Multi-Skilled Engineer
\n
• Experience from any industry (manufacturing, armed forces, automotive, etc.)
\n
• Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
\n
• Relevant qualifications and hands-on maintenance experience
\n
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
\n
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
\n

\n
\nAdditional qualifications such as HNC, IOSH/NEBOSH, or experience with continuous improvement tools are beneficial but not essential.\n
Key Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
\n
• Diagnose and resolve faults across various systems and machinery
\n
• Support automation and control fault finding
\n
• Carry out preventative, condition-based, and corrective maintenance
\n
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
\n
