Groundworker

Ground Workers required to work with Newcastle and North East based Local Council.\n
\nI am looking for a groundworker to work in the Newcastle area on behalf of a local council. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out work including laying kerbs, pothole repairs, flagging, tarmacking, drainage, digging footings and general labouring.The Operative will receive:\n

• £17 P/H Umbrella
\n
• Long run of work until 2027
\n

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:\n

\n
• Laying kerbs, tarmacking, digging footings, drainage and general labouring as well as other civil engineering works
\n

Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 12:30pm on Friday - 37 hours per week.I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:\n

\n
• Previous experience in the above
\n
• CSCS Card and any other relevant tickets
\n
• General groundworks experience. 3 - 5 years minimum.
\n
• HGV licence would be desirable.
\n
