Key Duties & Responsibilities:\n
\n
- \n
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems \n
- Perform electrical maintenance including lighting installations, lamping, ballast changes, and fault finding \n
- Carry out emergency lighting testing and maintenance \n
- Monitor and operate BMS systems, including temperature checks (hot & cold) \n
- Maintain control panels and power distribution systems \n
- Carry out basic plumbing duties including unblocking toilets and minor repairs \n
- Maintain pumps, motors, and associated plant equipment \n
- Ensure all compliance checks and logbooks are completed and kept up to date \n
- Diagnose faults and proactively resolve issues across building services equipment \n
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures \n
- Maintain clear communication with client staff and report any service-related issues \n
- Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors on site \n
- Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks within skill set when required \n

- Electrically qualified City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent \n
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations \n
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n
- Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, and general building services \n
- Strong communication and client-facing skills \n
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates \n
