\n Key Responsibilities\n

- Attend both emergency and scheduled drainage call-outs
\n - Investigate, diagnose, and resolve drainage issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods, and other specialist equipment
\n - Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining, and minor excavation work
\n - Communicate directly with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions
\n - Identify opportunities for additional remedial work where appropriate
\n - Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
\n - Maintain high service standards and contribute positively to the companys reputation
\n - Participate in an on-call rota to support 24/7 service delivery

Minimum 3 years drainage experience (essential)
\n - Strong customer service and communication skills
\n -
HPWJ certification preferred
\n - Plumbing knowledge and/or drainage tanker experience (desirable)
\n -
Full, clean UK driving licence
\n -
CSCS card preferred
\n - Comfortable using mobile devices and job management apps on-site
\n

- Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing in line with company and client requirements
\n - A DBS check may be required due to the nature of work at certain sites
\n

£16 £19 per hour, depending on experience
