\nDays & Nights | 12-hour shifts | £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
\nRoutes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one.
\nNew to Morecambe — not new to care. You might not know our name in this area yet, but Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009. We're an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Morecambe.
\nYour role will include:

- Complex clinical care interventions \n
- \n
- Medication administration and health support \n
- \n
- Mobility, positioning, and personal care \n
- \n
- Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals \n

- Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period \n

What you'll need:

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle \n
- \n
- 6+ months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential) \n
- \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
- \n
- Willingness to travel during the initial set-up phase \n
- \n
- Genuine passion for person-centred care \n
