Most \"competitive salary\" adverts are hiding a number you wouldn't get out of bed for. This one isn't it's £30K to £40K depending on what you can actually do on the ramp, and the right tech lands at the top of that.

This is a well-run independent repair centre in the Coventry / Warwickshire area a professional, supportive workshop with a settled team, not a place where you're firefighting other people's comebacks all day. I know who they are; I'll tell you on a confidential call.

The work: Servicing and maintenance, general mechanical repairs, brakes, suspension and clutch work, inspections and fault finding all to proper workshop standards.

What they're after: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, solid workshop experience, good mechanical knowledge, a full UK licence, and your own tools ideally.

What you get: £30K£40K depending on experience, stable hours (no being messed about), a genuinely supportive team, and a long-term seat not a stopgap.
