Commercial Catering & Hospitality Fit-Out

£45,000 - £50,000 DOE + Company Car, up to 12% company performance bonus

We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to deliver commercial catering, hospitality, and fit-out projects for leading restaurant groups, hospitality brands, and blue-chip clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover and final account.
\n
• Deliver Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) fit-out projects.
\n
• Administer JCT contracts as Main Contractor.
\n
• Manage programme, budget, quality, H&S, and commercial performance.
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
\n
• Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.
\n

About You

\n
• Proven Project Manager/Senior Project Manager experience within commercial catering, hospitality, restaurant, or fit-out environments.
\n
• Strong JCT contract knowledge.
\n
• Experience delivering FOH and BOH projects.
\n
• Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills.
\n
• Willing to travel nationwide.
\n

Desirable

\n
• Commercial kitchen/catering equipment experience.
\n
• CAD knowledge.
\n
• SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent qualifications.
\n
