\nWe are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist team supporting blind and visually impaired young adults aged 1625 based at the Nescot campus in Epsom.\n

\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n

• Providing classroom and one-to-one support to learners.
\n
• Encouraging independence and promoting confidence.
\n
• Supporting access to learning through adapted resources.
\n
• Working closely with teachers and specialist professionals.
\n
• Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
\n

Essential Requirements\n

\n
• Level 1 or Level 2 Braille qualification essential.
\n
• A compassionate, patient and positive approach.
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs is desirable.
\n
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting learners to reach their potential.
\n
