Leaders in Care is recruiting for aPaediatric Clinical Leadon behalf of a well-established, nurse-led complex care provider with over 10 years' experience delivering high-quality community care.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for aPaediatric Clinical Leadto join a growing service supporting children with complex health needs across the Buckinghamshire area, with new packages being mobilised and a clear focus on clinical quality, staff development and safe care delivery.

\n

The Role

\n

As aPaediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee and support the delivery of paediatric complex care packages within the community, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred and compliant.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Managing paediatric complex care packages across the Buckinghamshire area
  • \n
  • Completing clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments
  • \n
  • Delivering training, competency sign-offs and clinical supervision
  • \n
  • Liaising with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams
  • \n
  • Supporting safe care delivery including tracheostomy, ventilation and other complex clinical needs
  • \n
  • Supporting package mobilisation and ongoing clinical quality
  • \n
\n

This is ahybrid role, with2 days working from homeand3 days in the community.

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with an active NMC pin
  • \n
  • Experience within paediatric complex care in a community setting
  • \n
  • Previous leadership, senior nurse or supervisory experience
  • \n
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Buckinghamshire area
  • \n
