Carpenter/Joiner

Inspo Group is a commercial joinery manufacturer and fit-out company based in Cumbernauld. We manufacture, supply, and install bespoke commercial washrooms and offer a wide range of joinery services tailored to the construction and private sectors. Our projects are varied, high-quality, and driven by craftsmanship. Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking a skilled time-served Carpenter/Bench Hand Joiner to strengthen our growing production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and bench assembly of bespoke joinery items
\n
• Wood machining, site installation, and refurbishment works
\n
• Interpreting drawings and completing accurate material take-offs
\n
• Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver consistently high standards
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ joinery experience in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Confident in both design-led and build-stage processes
\n
• Strong understanding of drawing interpretation and set-out practices
\n
• Adaptable and solutions-focused, with an eye for quality
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• 10+ years’ experience in joinery/carpentry (preferred but not essential)
\n
• CSCS card
\n
• Full UK driving licence
