Customer Service / Floor Attendant

Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week

Pay: £13.00 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced individual to join our team in a small adult-only amusement arcade based in Paisley town centre. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone with a positive attitude, a good nature.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Challenge 25 policy for admission
\n
• Opening and closing the arcade
\n
• Welcoming customers and providing a high standard of customer care.
\n
• Giving out change and handling customer transactions accurately.
\n
• Serving tea and coffee to customers.
\n
• Keeping the venue clean, tidy and presentable
\n
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the arcade and assisting customers where needed.
\n

• Good communication and customer service skills, which are central to arcade assistant roles.
\n
• Someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for opening and closing duties.
\n
