New Enquiries Paralegal | London | Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

About the company: A leading national litigation specialist law firm that acts for corporate and individual clients in high-value and complex disputes.

\n Role overview: The firm is seeking New Enquiries Paralegal to join its leading Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded UK law firm and work on some really high-profile matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles all incoming enquiries received by phone and email
\n
• Directs new catastrophic injury enquiries to the appropriate partners
\n
• Communicates with clients to gather additional information about their injuries and better understand their needs
\n
• Support the departmental initiative, including BD (such as preparing articles or presentations), internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions
\n

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have achieved a 2:1 at undergraduate level and have previous personal injury or medical negligence experience. New enquiries experience is highly desirable.
