Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce\n
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOELocation; Birmingham, Hybrid
\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce to lead our digital growth strategy, optimise the online customer experience, and drive commercial performance across multiple ecommerce brands.
\nWorking closely with the Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in shaping digital strategy while leading the day-to-day delivery of marketing and ecommerce activity. You'll oversee website performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and digital trading, ensuring every channel delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities\n\n- \n
- Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and organic channels. \n
- Lead ecommerce operations, ensuring websites are optimised for performance, usability and conversion. \n
- Manage website content, merchandising, promotional campaigns and product launches. \n
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, CRO initiatives and customer journey optimisation. \n
- Monitor website performance, identifying opportunities to increase traffic, engagement and online sales. \n
- Analyse digital marketing and ecommerce performance, producing regular reports and actionable insights. \n
- Manage digital marketing budgets and work closely with external agencies to maximise ROI. \n
- Oversee marketing technology, reporting tools and platform integrations to improve efficiency. \n
- Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. \n
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, product and technology teams to support business objectives and deliver successful campaigns. \n

- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing and ecommerce role. \n
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, CRO, web analytics and ecommerce best practice. \n
- A commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. \n
- Experience managing websites, digital campaigns and agency relationships. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills. \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. \n
