South West London | £60,000 - £65,000 + Performance Bonus | Office-Based | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Are you a qualified Management Accountant looking for a role where you can make a genuine commercial impact? Our client, an established and expanding organisation based in South West London, is seeking an experienced finance professional to strengthen its growing finance team.

Working alongside senior finance leaders, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting operational performance, and providing valuable commercial insight across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts and supporting financial reports.
  • \n
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate financial variances.
  • \n
  • Prepare month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments and deferred income.
  • \n
  • Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
  • \n
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including external audit preparation.
  • \n
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • \n
  • Support the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting and cash flow reporting.
  • \n
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial analysis and performance reporting.
  • \n
  • Review existing financial procedures and recommend improvements to reporting accuracy and internal controls.

About You

\n

We're looking for an organised and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively and can communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues.

\n

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Full ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and work-in-progress (WIP) accounting.
  • \n
  • Experience using Sage 200 or a comparable accounting system.
  • \n
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions.
  • \n
  • A proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • \n
