As Marketing & Business Development Executive, you'll work alongside an experienced marketing team, turning complex legal expertise into engaging content, supporting digital marketing, and getting hands-on exposure to AI and emerging marketing technology as part of your everyday work.What you'll be doing:Content Marketing\n

• Interviewing solicitors and translating technical expertise into engaging articles
\n
• Writing website copy, blogs, newsletters and LinkedIn posts
\n
• Creating client success stories and case studies
\n
• Repurposing content into videos, graphics and downloadable resources
\n
• Ensuring all content reflects the firm's tone of voice
\n

Digital Marketing\n

\n
• Maintaining and developing the firm's website
\n
• Improving SEO performance and monitoring website analytics
\n
• Identifying opportunities for new content
\n
• Supporting email marketing campaigns
\n

AI & Innovation\n

\n
• Using AI tools to accelerate content creation
\n
• Helping develop marketing workflows and researching new technology
\n
• Testing new ideas to keep the firm at the forefront of legal marketing
\n

Business Development\n

\n
• Supporting events, award submissions and legal directory submissions
\n
• Producing marketing collateral
\n
• CRM management and campaign reporting
\n

What we're looking for: The ideal Marketing & Business Development Executive will have:\n

• Excellent copywriting skills and outstanding written English
\n
• A marketing qualification or relevant experience
\n
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
\n
• Experience using Canva
\n
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
\n
• Confidence communicating with professionals
\n
