Role Responsibilities\nAs an Assistant Manager, you will:

- Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards. \n
- Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards. \n
- Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team. \n
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families. \n
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment. \n
- Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability. \n
We are looking for an ideal Assistant Manager candidate who has:

- A Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. \n
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner. \n
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team. \n
- A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families. \n
