Role Responsibilities\n

As a Room Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
\n
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
\n
• Fostering a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
\n
• Overseeing the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
\n
• Acting as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
\n
• Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
\n

Are You the Ideal Candidate?\n

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
\n
• Has experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner being a plus.

• Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
\n
• Is passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
