About the Role:\n

Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a highly respected local authority team on a hybrid working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a competent and friendly team.\n

Key Responsibilities of a Civil Litigation Lawyer include:\n

Dealing with a caseload of civil litigation matters including:Contractual disputesClaims for compensations (not PI)Claims under the Equality Act 2010Claims under UKGDPRDebt recovery\n

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Civil Litigation Lawyer:\n

Strong civil litigation experience and good knowledge of the civil procedure rulesPrevious experience working in the public sector/local authoritiesQualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with litigation rights\n
