Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor

We’re working with a well-established firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team.

\n This is a great role for someone who’s confident running their own caseload and enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment, while also supporting the Head of Branch with a mix of residential and commercial matters.

\n What you’ll be doing You’ll be handling a varied caseload from start to finish, including:
\n

• Residential and commercial property transactions
\n
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
\n
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documentation
\n
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
\n
• Supporting the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters
\n
• Spotting and resolving issues quickly to keep transactions moving
\n
• Keeping files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughout
\n

What we’re looking for

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing
\n
• Experience across both residential and commercial property (ideal)
\n
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
\n
• Strong communication and client care skills
\n
• Organised, proactive and able to work at pace
\n
• Comfortable using case management systems
\n
• A practical, problem-solving approach
\n
