Real Estate Finance Lawyer

Our international City firm client is looking for a 5+ PQE Associate to join its highly ranked Real Estate Finance practice in London.

You will advise leading lenders, sponsors and investors on high-value UK and cross-border real estate finance transactions, alongside a collaborative team which is recognised for its technical excellence and commercial approach.

\n

You will be:

\n

\n
• Advising on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions
\n
• Drafting and negotiating finance documentation, including facility and intercreditor agreements
\n
• Working across a broad range of asset classes, including offices, residential, retail, logistics and hotels
\n
• Supporting the management of complex transactions with partners and colleagues
\n
• Developing specialist expertise while building strong client relationships.
\n
