Your new role

\n This commercial lawyer role will see you join a respected team to handle a range of commercial and procurement work. You will advise on a mix of procurement matters under the Procurement Act 2023 and the Provider Selection Regime. You will draft and advise on a range of procurement documentation and the role will also see you provide advice to bidders throughout the procurement process. You can look forward to advising on joint ventures and alliance and collaboration agreements. You can also expect to advise on and draft contractual terms and conditions, including framework agreements, call-off terms, bespoke contracts, data protection and licencing arrangements.

What you'll need to succeed

\n You should be a commercial and procurement lawyer who has a good mix of experience. You will have strong client care and communication skills and be adept at providing strategic solutions for clients.
