The Opportunity:

A prestigious, high-quality legal practice is seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to manage a specialist caseload and lead a dedicated team.

The Role:

The practice covers a range of new builds including residential developments, retirement properties and social housing, and work will also include shared ownership matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a portfolio of new home transactions, ensuring technical accuracy from instruction to completion.
\n
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team.
\n
• Navigating complex matters including Shared Ownership, Retirement Living, and Social Housing developments.
\n
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers and housing associations.
\n
• Work effectively under pressure to meet developer exchange deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
\n

About You:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or an experienced Licensed Conveyancer.
\n
• Proven experience in new build transactions is essential.
\n
• Prior experience managing a team (or a strong desire to step into a supervisory role) is highly desirable.
\n
• Resilient and technically gifted legal professional
\n
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
