• Handling domestic and international M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture transactions

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements
\n
• Advising clients on corporate and transactional legal matters
\n

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
\n
• Solid experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and managing deal closures in M&A and PE transactions
\n
• Previous experience working at a law firm is essential
\n
