\n We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Newhouse Industrial Estate. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential for long-term work.\n

Role:\n
\n You will be assembling thermostats in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a high level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support production requirements.\n

- Days: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:45pm
\n - Nights: Monday to Thursday, 9:15pm – 7:00am
\n - 37 hours per week
\n - Flexibility to work across both required \n
Pay Rates:\n
\n
\n
- \n
- £12.71 per hour for the first 6 weeks
\n - £13.40 per hour after 6 weeks
\n -
Night shift allowance paid in addition to the hourly rate for employees working night shifts
\n
\n
\n

- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
\n - Flexible and reliable approach to work
\n - Ability to work as part of a team
\n - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
