\nPay Scale: Starting at £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.67 after engagement.Opportunity to progress to £14.15 at your own pace.

We support two incredible gentlemen to live happy, fulfilling lives, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to help them thrive. This post is a good opportunity for those with a generic support worker experience to specialise.
\n The Role:
'14; Build meaningful relationships and create personalised support plans
\n '14; Encourage independence and community involvement
\n '14; Support activities like swimming, scenic walks, social outings & more
\n '14; Work across Housing Support & Outreach services in a varied and fulfilling role
We're Looking For:
