\nWhat you’ll do\n

\nUnderstand customer needs and support the external Account Manager\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nUse CRM and Sales Hub systems to generate leads and sales opportunities\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nManage customer enquiries from first contact to invoice\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nRecommend products and alternatives to maximise sales\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nAchieve personal sales targets while managing margins\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nBuild strong relationships with customers and suppliers\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nProvide a central point of contact for customer queries\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nMaintain accurate sales and credit documentation\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nSupport stock takes when required\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nAlways work safely and follow company procedures\n
\n
\nWhat we’re looking for\n

\nConfident communicator with a customer-focused mindset\n
\n

\nStrong sales awareness and desire to succeed\n
\n

\nExperience in a phone-based or customer service role is helpful\n
\n

\nOrganised, proactive and able to prioritise\n
\n

\nComfortable working independently and in a team\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nIT literate with good numerical skills\n
\n
\n*\n
\n
\nProduct knowledge is desirable but not essential\n
\n
\nNo experience? No problem.\n
\n
\nWe offer a 12-month apprenticeship and full training to help you develop into a customer sales expert.\n
