\n About the Role\n

\n As a key member of the in-house legal team, you will:\n

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
\n
• Provide practical, clear legal advice to internal stakeholders on a range of other legal matters.
\n
• Balance legal risk with business objectives, taking a client-focused approach.
\n
• Collaborate across teams confidently in a fast-moving, pragmatic environment.
\n

About You\n
\n
\n The ideal candidate will:\n

\n
• Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–6 years’ PQE in commercial law.
\n
• Have experience at a leading law firm or a busy in-house legal department.
\n
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
\n

Applicants outside the stated PQE range will also be considered if they have relevant experience and skills.\n
